Protecting our customer is critical to us. That is why until this crisis is over we have put in place procedures for our customers protection. These procedure are for any Shop at Home visits or Installations in our customers home.
- We will not shake hands (we prefer the Vulcan greeting “Live Long and Prosper”)
- Masks will be worn in customer homes with the possible exception of attic work.
- We will keep our social distance.
- Gloves will be worn during installations
- We will clean all equipment that is installed in the home.
- We will not have an employee with any of the Virus symptoms come to a customer home.
- Know that Installations will take longer due to these measures.
This will pass. But until it does we feel that this is necessary to protect our customers health and well being. Know that certainly want your business but not at the expense of your health.
